You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, consents, and legal authority necessary to submit Personal Information, resumes, application materials, employer data, recruiter information, and other content to the Service, and that your use of the Service will not violate law, contract, confidentiality obligations, or the rights of any third party.

AI-assisted outputs are generated automatically based on information and prompts supplied to the system. Such outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, editing, and deciding whether to rely upon or distribute AI-assisted outputs before submitting them to employers, recruiters, schools, or any third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an as is and as available basis.
